Northgate Warwick is a major restoration and creation of eighteen elegant houses in this landmark, quintessentially English location.

The stone pavilion at 4 Northgate Place dates from the beginning of the 18th Century. It was built to mark the end of the garden of 18 Northgate Street. In 1903, the pavilion formed part of a veterinary stable.

Today, the property comprises an open plan design with a large hallway, dining area, spacious kitchen, large reception room with wood burner and a sun-room featuring full height aluminium wrap-around glazing and zinc roof.

The first floor is reached by a solid oak open tread staircase leading to a large landing. The master bedroom features a dressing room and ensuite shower room. In addition there are two further bedrooms and a shared bathroom.

The property comes with a courtyard garden and one designated parking space within the development, but also has the benefit of a separately accessible space to park on the terrace behind the property’s gates.
