Northgate Warwick is a major restoration and creation of eighteen elegant houses in this landmark, quintessentially English location.

At the time of the Great Fire of Warwick in 1694, numbers 18 and 20 were originally one dwelling. After the rebuild, special permission was given for a pediment to be built over 18 and 20 and the property ran as the Green Dragon Inn. In 1775 the properties were divided into two until 1927, where the divisions were removed, creating a substantial townhouse.

One of the most significant houses in Northgate Street, number 18 is a grade II* double fronted house with a particularly grand low-rising staircase. On the ground floor, there are two reception rooms, large kitchen dining room and cloakroom. Upstairs, there is a large principle bedroom suite with dressing room and bathroom, four further bedrooms and two bathrooms, one of which is an ensuite. There is also a laundry room.

The property has a small basement and to the rear there is a large terrace and lawned garden on split levels with two parking spaces.
